I'm not just somebody with a certification - enough paperwork to make it official. I've been around this game since 1966. I was a skinny kid when I went into the Marine Corps Resrves, but after basic training, I gained about twenty pounds. I felt great. Once back into my civilian world, I started losing weight, and returned to my old skinny self.
I was determined to get back in shape. Since that decision in 1966, it's been a wonderful venture. I powerlifted in the AAU from 1969 - 1975. Regular exercise and fitness have been in my life almost every day since then.
As age came along, so did the fat. I was sporting a belly even though I was in good physical condition. In 2005, serious bodybuilding became a part of my life , and the fat departed. I've been around, and I want to share my experience to help you meet your goals.
Over the years, I've seen so many people with inadeqate training. They make progress, but they could have went so much farther doing it correctly. It just goes to show that exercise works. Even done in a sloppy manner, it gives some results.
It bugs me to see trainers who are careless with the fitness and health of those who trust them with their future. I've seen trainers talking on cell phones while they're taking someone through their routine. I've seen sloppy technique ignored. Too many trainers only care about a paycheck.
I started FitPro to give care and concern to the fitness level of beginners and intermediate level men and women. This organization is fresh and serious, and it's definitely needed in the fitness industry.
Don't wait until tomorrow. You've probably put this "fitness thing" off a dozen times already. Life is too short. Pull yourself together and do it. ...and do it right.
